OUR SERVICES
On our Etsy store, you'll find a selection of pearls you can directly order.
You can also order all types of pearls with us at any moment during the year by contacting us at sales@maruatapearls.com.
We harvest multiple times during the year and our available stock vary accordingly. We have a stock in Hong Kong readily available for export. The stock in Tahiti is first exported to Hong Kong each year in February, June and September, before being exported worldwide. This is to provide you with a better shipping service.
The office in Hong Kong is a logistics point only, not suitable for receiving customers.
DRILLING
We are able to drill your pearls from 0.8mm to 1.5mm, half-drilled or cross drilled. Please note that a maximum of 15 pearls can be drilled per order. This service is charged 1.3 €/pearl.
EASY PAYMENT
You can pay safely by credit card on Stripe platform or with your Paypal account.
SHIPPING
As mentionned above, our office in Hong Kong is setup explicitly for international shipping. Orders are only shipped after payment is received. Once purchased, the processing time is between 1 to 3 business days.
Small orders are generally shipped with the Hong Kong Post in a registered letter. This service provides online tracking information for most destinations. Shipping delivery usually takes between 10 to 14 working days and is free for all orders under 500 €. The Hong Kong post has also faster options (please contact us for a specific estimate).
Orders can also be shipped with FedEx / DHL and be insured with our partner "Parcel Pro" (recommended). Your pearls are usually received between 3 to 5 days (please contact us for a specific estimate).
Note: customs declaration and fees at destination are to be handled by the customer.
